Bobaluchi Pizza is bringing a new take on pizza to Oak Street in New Orleans, that should have already existed combining authentic Sicilian traditions with the bold flavors that define the city. Our menu features crispy-bottomed Sicilian pan pies, hand-stretched round pizzas baked on stone, house-made schiacciata sandwiches on fresh focaccia, handcrafted fountain sodas, and creamy soft serve—all made with quality ingredients and plenty of personality.

Inspired by the deep Sicilian roots and the multi-cultural influences of New Orleans, we’re creating a neighborhood gathering place where old-world recipes meet local flavor. We are making New Orleans style pizza, rich and decadent, spicy, and full of a personality that’s uniquely its own. New Orleans has a rich culinary heritage and that’s our inspiration! When the first Bobaluchi came to our shores from Sicily at the turn of the century, opened the first pizzeria, and hired his first set of hands, a native Creole, that’s where New Orleans style is born.
